(Skill Up + Onboard + Advance + Retain) Initiative to meet the short- and long-term talent needs of LAWA and its aviation partners by expanding the pipeline of ready-to-work diverse talent to advance LAWA’s diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility goals.
The unexpected coronavirus pandemic has been a disruption, but for sheer resiliency has not halted these plans.
